By the end of this post, you will be able to know more about me!
I got into the Real Estate Business by chance; and I am loving it ever since.
What do I mean by chance?
My current manager, Joan Ho, is the same salesperson who sold a property to my parents. I’ve asked her some questions about Real Estate after being really impressed by how she could convince, or rather, close my dad (in the real estate term), as he was not somebody who could be easily convinced. I was also drawn by the fact that she was making pretty decent money, and thats when I took the step of courage to join her in this business.
What is it like to be a Real Estate Salesperson? (link to Real Estate As A Business)
A little bit more of myself before I entered the Real Estate Business..
(to answer those who asked where I schooled at, what I did in school and army)
Since young, I always enjoyed talking to people, interacting and making new friends. I was priviledged enough to be appointed as the Vice President of the Student Council in my Secondary School (Yishun Town Secondary School), and the President in my Junior College (SAJC). I am truly humbled and thankful that my leadership roles in the student council allowed me to be able to speak and present myself clearly and confidently.
Besides being trained to speak confidently and clearly, discipline has been a big part of my life. I was in the Boys’ Brigade in Secondary School, and I was the Company Sergeant Major. My duty was to maintain order and discipline, and therefore be expected to be at the best discipline and performance.
Upon Graduation, I enlisted into the Commando Formation and was subsequently posted to 1Cdo Battalion upon BMT and OCS. During my NS, I served as an officer in the Commando Formation.
A few highlights of my National Service include my Commissioning Parade, as well as NDP 2013 where the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew sat directly in front of me.
This sums me up.
If you need a salesperson who can
speak and explain to you clearly;
negotiate for you confidently;
work for you with discipline and performance;
then you have found the right salesperson for you.
